By using RestoApp, you accept these terms of service. Please read them carefully before using our service.

1 Service overview

RestoApp is a platform for booking tables in partner restaurants.

Our service allows users to:

Search restaurants based on their criteria
Make online bookings
Manage their bookings and history
Accumulate loyalty points (Yums)
Leave reviews on visited restaurants

2 Registration and user account

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

✅ Provide accurate and complete information

✅ Maintain the confidentiality of your password

✅ Immediately notify any unauthorized access

✅ Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

❌ Do not create an account on behalf of another person

❌ Do not use the service for illegal purposes

3 Booking rules

Confirmation

Any booking is confirmed by email. Check your spams if you do not receive a confirmation.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the booking time. Past this delay, fees may apply depending on the restaurant policy.

No-show

In case of unreported absence, your reliability score will be impacted. Customers with a low score may see their bookings refused.

Delay

In case of delay, your table is maintained for 30 minutes. Past this delay, it can be released for other customers.

RestoApp reserves the right to modify the loyalty program terms with a 30-day notice.

5 Reviews and user content

By posting a review, you guarantee that:

You have actually visited the restaurant

Your review is honest and does not contain false information

Your content does not violate third party rights

Your review does not contain discriminatory or offensive remarks

Important: RestoApp reserves the right to delete any review not meeting these conditions without notice.

6 Responsibilities

RestoApp commits to:

✅Ensure service availability (99.5% objective)
✅Protect your personal data
✅Handle your support requests within 48h
✅Notify you of any important change

RestoApp cannot be held responsible for:

⚠️Actions of partner restaurants
⚠️Service interruptions independent of our will
⚠️Indirect damages related to the use of the service

7 Intellectual property

All elements of RestoApp (logo, design, code, content) are protected by copyright.

It is forbidden to:

❌Copy or reproduce our design or our code

❌Use our brand without written authorization

❌Extract data from our platform in an automated way

8 Modification and termination

RestoApp reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with a notice of 30 days.

You can terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination results in:

9 Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
